We Offer a Graduated Series of Courses & Services

     The path to becoming a Developer starts with learning the Language & Metrics of Commercial Real Estate and applying them to conduct Pro Forma modeling and analysis. The Courses & Services are available Ala Carte, allowing you to choose the level of training that best suits your needs.

     I. Literacy & Underwriting Course: This course provides the knowledge, tools, and skills needed to understand the language and metrics of CRE, perform pro forma analysis, and determine the highest and best use of a property.

     II. Mastermind Course: By invitation only, this course is designed for those who have acquired financial literacy and underwriting skills. It focuses on putting these skills into action through site selection, advanced pro forma analysis, financing, construction, operations, and disposition.

     III. One-on-One Coaching: By invitation only, this 12-month program provides unlimited access to the instructor for those who have acquired financial literacy and underwriting skills and are capable of executing a ground-up development.

     IV. Consulting & Joint Venture: Also by invitation only, this program provides the same one-on-one coaching and includes the instructor's active involvement in the development process as a consultant or JV partner. This option is ideal for those who have a development site and need assistance bringing their project to fruition.

     No matter how complete and excellent financing packages may be, lenders and investors typically need to be assured that the developer can get the deal done. Adding the instructor's experience as a consultant or JV partner to a developer's package can help fill the experience gap and provide the right fit, with the right project, development team, and terms and conditions.
